If you are a new teacher, email your bio and one 300dpi or higher, digital personal photo. Mail six sets of the signed Application with each set containing an Application, a 4”x 6” 300 dpi color print of the ONE class photo of your project or sample boards, one signed Teacher Agreement and, if you are a NEW teacher, two recommendations, to the address included in the Instructions. |
